Your Verizon Prepaid phone can be converted to a Contract phone if you have used it for six months or more as a prepaid phone. You will not have to sign a contract to add this to a contract. I was able to add one to a Verizon contract for $10 a month without signing a one year or two year contract. I get a Long Term Contract rate and I did not sign a long term contract.

If your “Due Date” does not show on your screen you can go to your menu and click on prepaid. Then scroll down to “Airtime info.” Both your airtime balance and Due date will show. You must add another Tracfone card to your phone before the Due Date to keep your service active. Even if you have minutes left you will need to add another card to keep your service active.
