We will present you with the total cost of your carpet cleaning before we start the job.

We guarantee that if you are not 100% satisfied with our cleaning, we will make another attempt to clean the problem areas.

We will a offer a refund as an alternative only on the room that we could not accomplish our cleaning goal.

On some jobs we will tell you that the carpet is too far gone and that our guarantee does not apply. We will tell you this in writing in advance of starting the job.
